Tilla Accessories began its journey in 2017, when the owner, Ayla, decided to turn her dream of having her own jewelry business into reality. She named the company after her son, Atilla, who was four at the time.

Ayla graduated from the University of Virginia in 2003 with a degree in Anthropology. She has always been intrigued by how jewelry finds meaning in different cultures and is always in search of authentic, unique and meaningful pieces. She draws inspiration from her Turkish heritage on her mother's side and her Norwegian ancestry from her father. 

Ayla hand-picks and tests every product she sells in an effort to bring you pieces you will enjoy for many years to come.
